Experimenting with formals is a tad bit difficult specially if the organisation is pretty strict in terms of the dress code but if that’s not the scenario in your case, then it’s easy to create unique looks to avoid making it look monotonous.
While I styled this look for an event, one can easily wear this to work with a little changes here & there.
I wore a white shirt with ruffle details, rolled up sleeves & inverted collar alongwith a berry hued high & low midi skirt. I decided to give a fusion vibe to the look by adding this dainty pearl neckpiece.
The footwear screamed statement courtesy them being holographic with 3D bow detail. For makeup, I chose the subtle combination of winged liner with n*de lips.
So while this styling may not be suitable for work, you can always exchange the mules with pumps (in any neutral color), and give that neckpiece a miss. Also, I feel the skirt will be a stylish yet quirky substitute to the pencil skirt, only if you’re comfortable enough to pull it off.
One can also transition this look from work to an evening out. Versatility, eh!
