Woot woot! It’s already the time to bid 2019 a goodbye! I don’t know about you but for me it was the one of the most precious years for the sheer reason that I tied a knot with the person I have loved for almost a decade. Found a wonderful work space to spend 9 hrs of a day at. Yes, I kinda love my job, and WedMeGood. 🙂 My mental health was at a better place, except for a few ups and downs. To keep it short, 2019 was pretty nice!
Now with not even a day to New Year’s eve, I am here to share last minute outfit ideas! Hehe, better late than neverrr :p If you’re like me who likes to live within the moment and not plan a lot of things, specially the outfits then you might just find it interesting
I decided to create looks for three kind of people
A. For those who like to party hard
B. Prefer a house party, instead!
C. Chill at home and watch TV, while keeping the glam quotient intact
Oh by the way, I have also ensured that in case you want to layer the look, since it’s too chilly in North India, how would you do it. So let’s get started !
For those who like to party hard
As much as I love to dress up I hateee over crowded places to ring in the New Year! Still I created this look with a dazzling Zara sequin dress. I loved the holographic vibe it exudes! Paired it with a pair of thrifted earrings and metallic heels by Aldo and yeaa.. all set to dance all night!
For the layering bit I added a warm, fur jacket over it. #WinterAppropriate
Prefer a house party, instead!
With a huge Zara sale on, I ensured that I shop my fav pieces before they run out of stock.
Mad mad crowd that I couldn’t even try before shopping these faux leather pants! Paired it with a metallic top by H&M and nude heels for a contrast. Not to miss out on that pretty pearl hairband!
You can easily add a classic trench over it and head out to your BFF’s house party while looking all sassy!
Chill at home and watch TV, while keeping the glam quotient intact
And finally my fav! I believe that you should always dress up even if you choose to be at home with your loved ones on New Year’s eve. Like why nottt! I know chilling in pajamas > any other outfits, but it’s just one day !
I wore this amazing buy from Sarojini – the pearl bralette with my comfiest denims and embroidered mules. Sans jewellery to be at ease.
And as it gets colder I plan to layer the bralette over a black turtle neck, and voila all set for the countdown.
And yes, with this we come to an end of my last post of 2019. I know I did not invest time to the blog this year at all but I am geared up to not repeat it in 2020.
